Ann has over 19 years of experience as a Talent Development leader with a history of consistently improving sales performance and business results through innovative training and development methods and strategic talent management initiatives. She has a proven track record in providing talent process solutions and in selecting, implementing and maximizing human capital and talent management systems and software. 
At TalentFirst Ann is responsible for helping clients to identify and implement actionable tools and systems to optimize their PEOPLE investment.
