Heidi Youngkin

Heidi is a lifelong healthcare marketing communications professional with a wealth of successful experience at pharmaceutical and medical device companies as well as communications agencies. She has held a variety of leadership roles in marketing, communications, and consultative sales at inVentiv Health, Johnson & Johnson, Guidant, Allergan, and Smith & Nephew. She has worked in the US and Europe, leading a variety of brand growth and innovation efforts globally and regionally.

As an independent consultant who understands both the client-side and agency environment in healthcare, Heidi uses her strong strategic, creative, influence leadership and problem-solving skills to tackle her clients’ business challenges with passion and know-how. She is best known for her work in optimizing client/agency relationships, leading cross-functional collaborations, and developing clear, compelling communications that get results.

Heidi holds a BS degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
